During her time at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Fitzrovia’s founder Berta Willisch lead the design and delivery of the Angel Building, a prominent Central London commercial building for developer Derwent London PLC.

Launched in late 2010, Angel Building is Derwent London's largest completed redevelopment. Designed with elegant and robust modern detailing, the six-storey office building is playing an important role in regenerating the area. Angel Building was shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize 2011 and has won awards from RIBA London, the British Council for Offices and New London Architecture. Full occupancy was achieved in just 13 months.
Expedia currently occupy 93,400 sq ft and will increase their occupation to 231,400 sq ft in 2019, with lease expiry in 2030 (no breaks). Expedia could occupy the entire office element of 248,500 sq ft from 2021.
