Fitzrovia was approached by a private investor to explore the feasibility of creating an experimental school at this beautiful coastal property in Northland. The 70ha property featured vast tracts of native bush and a stunning, white sand private beach. Fitzrovia developed a strategy for the site and assisted in putting together a comprehensive offer for purchasing the land.
